Seminar: Essential Telephone and Client Service Skills

Boost the telephone and client-service skills of your front-office office team so they may increase patient visits, new client numbers, client satisfaction and drive sales. Earn 3 hours of CE credit in "Be a Telephone Superstar," "Secrets to Lead Phone Shoppers to Become New Clients" and "Client Service Lessons From Golden Retrievers." To avoid short-staffing at your hospital, we've organized the program into two half-day sessions with the morning session from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and repeats again from 1 to 5 p.m. A boxed lunch is included. Registration is $199 for up to 4 employees. If you want to bring more than 4 employees, please add a second registration. Participants will receive a detailed workbook with scripts and create an action plan for implementation.
