Clinic Coaching Sessions


Our Clinic Coaching Sessions following the Mystery Phone Shopper Training Program offer tailored training. We will schedule two one-hour conference calls for coaching.

First Conference Call: This one-hour call is with the practice owner(s) and manager(s) to discuss key findings from their team’s calls, identify standards of care that need consistency, and explain recommendations.

Second Conference Call: The second one-hour conference call is with the reception team to offer personalized training on phone-shopper methods based on the clinic’s results. During the conference call, we’ll train your front-office team on:

  • Opening with a great greeting
  • Connecting with callers
  • Asking questions to determine needs
  • Scripts that get powerful results for exams, vaccines, and surgery
  • Stressing service before price
  • Promoting your practice to stand out among other clinics the phone shopper called
  • Sending a consistent practice message
  • Asking for the appointment
  • Clinic Coaching Sessions are available to clinics that have participated in our Mystery Shopper Training Program. This service is $195 and includes a CD of the recorded coaching session with the reception team.
